Nobody will exechange PP - BTC 1-1.
That won't happend because PP transaction can be reversed and the exchanger take a high risk with 0 profit.

Lol good advise i don't have time to run the funds its just a small amount and i don't risk my account please check my account first before you can accuse me. I already exchange paypal funds before here.. but i forgot their names..

in my views there is no such exchange but some traders can full fill your requirements because person can get better Profit after increase price tgen he can give at current rate .
but i will suggest you if anyone giving you in 1:1 then be careful may be that person is scammer so i will suggest you eacrow of lbc while 1% charge but it is risk free .

There are many ways to get higher than 1:1 when selling my bitcoins for paypal so I doubt you will find a seller unless you pay above market rates.

How can they scam you? First of all you are paying by paypal and they are risking the money. Also I just got to know that their servers are down today. So Don't try to purchase today.

If you don't know how easy it is to scam a paypal user then your in the wrong section, the funds can vanish within a minute and your reversal will be useless especially with these stealth paypal accounts you can get for $5 or less
