Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

It means that you're sending bitcoins from an unconfirmed transaction (in this case it's the incoming transaction you posted). Your outgoing transaction will only be confirmed after the incoming transaction has confirmed.

It looks like the incoming transaction comes from a long line of unconfirmed transactions. Most of them pays 60~ satoshi per byte but I also see some 33~ satoshi per byte fee. They might take some time to be confirmed but your bitcoins should be safe.

Exactly you just have to wait few hours when your last transactions get confirmed your outgoing transaction will be confirmed automatically as the above guy described.
it will be confirmed soon no need to panic and what i am guessing it will be confirmed within next 5 blocks Smiley

It looks like whoever sent you the 0.0331 BTC BTC payment to 1E8PvePjJaJaErRqvH58q3o3ejL8BNzGhB today did so with bitcoins that they received from an unconfirmed transaction.  They really shouldn't have done this, and if you can, you should probably:
  • Contact them
  • Let them know that you don't appreciate receiving payments that spend unconfirmed bitcoins
  • Let them know that you won't transact with them in the future if they don't address this problem.

You then spent those unconfirmed bitcoins that you received.  I'm not an Electrum user, but I'm surprised that Electrum allows this.  If there is a setting in Electrum to prevent this in the future, it would be a good idea to change that setting.  You may want to ask in the Electrum sub-forum.

The good news is that both transactions have now received their first confirmation, so you should be fine.

I have been receiving same from Bitsler when they appear in my Electrum wallet.  They have all been confirmed OK.  See my new post I am writing in a minute relating to Bitsler.
