Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

BTC-e seem to have been selectively scamming for a long time.

point them to this thread and hopefully a bit of bad press will make them sort it out properly.

i only used them once, and it was a big mistake due to their account restriction if you have a new IP address. worst problem if you needed the money and you are traveling then you login on your account and trying to withdraw and cant do a thing due to their restriction rules for new IP used.

Thanks but not sure if it will work. It looks like they have become greedier lately and from the number of recent reports here -> http://bittrust.org/btc-e they may be vary well raising their "scaminess" index.

Will post there shortly too.

I think it is because of hard fork from developer ETH, so we can not make withdrawal or sending ETH. As we know developer of ETH is making second hard fork for ETH.

No that's not the case. If you check BTC-e's ETH wallet address you can see they continued to process other withdrawals well beyond my "failed" withdrawal. You can check that out yourself here -> https://etherscan.io/address/0x91337a300e0361bddb2e377dd4e88ccb7796663d
