Many of us didnt want bitcoin banks according to this thread , Even me I didnt want it but we can swe the positive side of it. If bitcoin havr banks the risk of banning of bitcoin will be faded . Government will accept bitcoin and there is a chance that famous stores will accept bitcoin. The knowledge of bitcoin can spreas too. Many people will start using bitcoin. But in exchange we will be controled and the anonimity will be gone. But Im hoping if bitcoin banks will be built the things will run smoothly.

You seem to have hit the nail on the head I didn't consider this point when I was thinking about advantages and benefits that Bitcoin banks could potentially provide and bring to many Bitcoin users. Really, if banks, I mean regular banks start accepting Bitcoin and open accounts in it, that will be a strong and likely decisive argument for many big online retailers in favor of accepting Bitcoin too, as a means of payment for their goods and services. After all, isn't it what most of us are looking for? Somehow I overlooked that second-tier effect |

I think bitcoin will need the bank to be more famous. regardless of the presence or not users will be using bitcoin bank, at least there are plenty of third party began to believe and make business in bitcoin |

There are some countries that already accept bitcoin. Also even government ban the bitcoin, we still can use it. So I think we don't need bitcoin banks, only use wallet is enough. |

Bitcoin was created to free everyone from the control of banks and governments. It is gives you the power to be your own bank! and now we got people asking to make a bitcoin bank, which I think is ridiculous! It against the entire idea of bitcoin, just think for yourself. Banks will centralize everything rather than decentralization.
yet i believe many people lie to being controlled as log as who control their funds offer them soem sort of protection, i can bet my ass that bitcoin banks will be a reality in the future where average joe can store their funds safely, those same people can't keep safe their local wallet...and btw there are already some forms of bitcoin banks, like xapo wallet, and coinbase itself, they have insurance, they are solid and reliable |

Bitcoin doesn't need any banks, but only through banks can reach common people who are not much aware of digitized development in the financial system. |

Bank does not mean just from the government, many third parties are able to make a bitcoin bank, but of course the security is not so assured. If you sit on a pile of bitcoins, your only rational choice to keep them in seems to be using a paper wallet (or brain wallet if you are that tough). If you are trading big time, then of course you will have to store your coins in the exchange account anyway, but other than that, you might want to mitigate all possible third party risks which can only be potentially eliminated |

I know that decentralization is on of the biggest features and advantages of Bitcoin but I don't disagree with the idea of Bitcoin bank. Bitcoin bank shouldn't follow the bad example of conventional bank but it could offer some new features and products to the Bitcoins users in more unconventional maner, so this doesn't have to be something bad.

seems like a nice idea but to make bitcoin bank takes how many thousands of offices to meet the users in each country is different, unlike the case with the Automated Teller bitcoin, itiu simpler place is small. |

I dont see why we really need bitcoin banks, beside the maybe thing that would make merchants work with it, something at the moment just a few merchants accepting bitcoin. If banks get a product to bitcoin, it might atract few of us inside, but lending we are able already, the max banks can do is loan and take bitcoin as payment that could be a good option, but i dont see banks adopting bitcoin.

exchange bitcoin to other currency obviously no necessary to use banks because currently there is no bitcoin banks and people still able to buying or selling bitcoin and if there is bitcoin banks offering feature just like you say then people will more likely to choose bitcoin exchange because it is more simple |

Yes, this is one of the reasons why such banks may be useful And likely not so much because of the banks themselves accepting Bitcoin (though this will certainly add to Bitcoin wider adoption on its own), but because banks would start using Bitcoin only if they are allowed to do so, i.e. the government itself accepts Bitcoin as a legal means of payment. I guess that would deliver the most positive impact on Bitcoin adoption by merchants, especially big online retailers, which usually offer to their clients the widest range of payment methods |

you are right that bitcoin have do not need any bank because bitcoin online system is very stable and i think bank will get a high fees and so online system is very much better than bank system and bitcoin online transaction fees is very much lower. |

I do not think that the creation of bitcoin bank will make something new in the financial system and most importantly to the convenience of human life. The differences between ordinary banks and the bank is practically no bitcoin.

if bitcoin will have a bank it will be centralized for sure thats against the creation of bitcoin thats why bitcoin is surviving until now because of that. Fore sure if bitcoin will have a bank there are people who want to come in so that they can manipulate or spy to those transaction online and may feed to people who are against bitcoin.
