I think bitcoin bank is good idea .
but I don't think that you will be incurring any additional tax if you hold your money into a bank accountBTC

No i dont agree, it is like making bitcoin centralized, and that is all the opposite of what bitcoin was created for, so it is never going to happen unless that a cryptocurrency is created for that purpose (creating a bank) but i dont think that this is going to happen, and less in this times, that we are full of fuds between cryptocurrencies and banks.
So no, it wont happen soon
Agree with this. I don't understand why some people seem to WANT centralization and more regulation. Just invest in stocks or other valuta if that's what you want. |

Some people here are so against centralization. If you are truly against centralization of bitcoin, then you should not use any trading site, any online wallet, or anything that makes a small centralization. Online wallets create centralization the same way a bitcoin bank creates it. A number of wallets falls under their hands. I think that the only difference with bitcoin banks (assuming that they are from the government) is that the common people will be a little relieved and so they will deposit their bitcoin in there. Some people are too afraid that their bitcoins will go to the hands of a hacker and so they cash out their bitcoins right away instead of holding it for a long time and earn huge profits. I don't agree with the idea of bitcoin banks because it creates centralization but I can still bear the fact that there will always be centralization going on with bitcoin in some ways. |

Knowing that banks usually has a huge control over our money it doesnt make any sense we consider to let our coins into a bitcoin bank, sure some people would like to get their coins safe and if they will be able to get a fee for those and safety they might consider it, but for such happen we will need to be exposed, i do see the bank as a problem since the most of us like to be anonymous. But it can be a good think to allow us to exchange our bitcoins to fiat without have to pay the big taxes countries wanna from the profit.

Please read this post again and you will find out how ridiculous it sounds. Dude, how is it possible to build a central bank for a currency which is thoroughly decentralized? If you establish such a bank, then Bitcoin will no longer be called as a decentralized currency. There are advantages and disadvantages in doing this. But IMO, the disadvantages are more. |

Recently, i often see discussion about Bitcoin Bank. More and more people come here and ask about bitcoin bank & surprisingly i see few user agree with this idea.
So, i would like to find out the percentage of user who agreed with this idea.
Honestly, i think this idea is stupid and worst idea that i've seen in my life. What do you think?
p.s. we don't talk about bitcoin debit card OR any centralized service which only ask name and email address.
I think there are lof of things to be done if they want to have bitcoin bank. However, I think it is a nice and good idea. If there is a bitcoin bank where you can put all your bitcoin. If you do not want to do that you can still use your wallet to keep your bitcoin. Lastly, I hope there will be bitcoin bank. |

If you do not want to do that you can still use your wallet to keep your bitcoin. Lastly, I hope there will be bitcoin bank. Yeah, good idea, but most of the people he doesn't know how to handle. So you will give information for the bitcoin how to handle the it. Bitcoin is future currency it prices change every day you will check the bitcoin process before sell or buy the bitcoin. It will give more information and price information and improve your skill and knowledge |

I don't agree with idea of Bitcoin bank. I started investing in cryptocurrencies because I'm able to be my own bank. I'm sure that nobody is going to steal my money and it won't disappear some day. For Ethereum I use MyEtherWallet because it allows me to keep my private keys secure. I encrypt them on my own and store in a secure place.

Exactly, banks are centralized and it's controlled by people whom we cannot trust, with blockchain technology we know that transparency is the key and it would give us to transact. Bitcoin is just a payment system and never a legal currency so at the end of the day we can still use banks to convert our bitcoins for fiat. |

im not, i prefer using my bitcoin wallet than to store it on "Bitcoin bank". i dont let anyone to handle my bitcoin, i know to myself that i can handle it my own, so why do i need to store it on a bank. its digital cryptocurrency, its not physical money. so its a "NO"

Now bitcoin is so populer.But everything is cashless.No need any bitcoin bank.Bitcoin is online that's best.
