Im a non us resident, or alien.
I dont have access to a us/euro bank account, if i open a brokerage account, can i make wires to mtgox?
My trading account will be funded, and allows non residents, it has my data information, can brokerage accounts be used that way?

IE, payoneer gives you a virtual bank account, but you only can transfer funds to them.
