Does the PPC Proof of Stake feature make keeping the wallet.dat file intact more valuable?
ie. Instead of selling coins, selling the whole wallet.dat file that contains minted Proof of Stake coins.

Is there a way to preserve Proof of Stake coins? Paper wallet?
Remember that Bitcoin is still beta software. Don't put all of your money into BTC!

you can't just sell the wallet.dat file cause you might still keep a copy of it.
