Golem is far behind its promises (not to speak of the more tangible roadmap). The way i made my tinfoil, yet assumingly pretty accruate is the following:

The mainly 4 headed founding team consisted of the two major driving forces: Julian Zawistowski and Andrzej Regulski, who are BOTH economists by trade, yet promised an extremly experimental tech. built on every evolving eth2.0. Although I spare them of the doubt to actully trying to deliver the envisioned 'internet computer', the promise is to date not kept and things are going sideways with in the longterm funds running out, yet still having multi-million from the ico. From reading their stuff and the interviews/presentations, I come to the conclusion they are not fitted to deliver on these overambitious goals.  (see their roadmap promise and actually delivering).

Since both saw it coming, Zawistowski and co-founder spun out a foundation to "experiment with the tech" (yet both no techies by training) thus it stinks, yet they got a respectable researcher Joanna Rutkowska (qubeos) onboard to assumingly help with press inquiries regarding the technical side, if they were asked to actually talk about what their doing and their credibility would be on the line.  The foundation is a vehicle to branch off 40 million and their blogpost just affirms the assumption: "Thanks to them, the project goes in the right direction and allows us, with peace of mind, to dedicate our talents to additional challenges."
In other words: Zawistowski pulled out; responsibility for product delivery is now to the remaining people and he got a way with being a six figure guy (at least). with more funds under his foundation umbrella.
(no telegram, no discord == no direct engagement with the ppl/crowd == less responsiblity)

Nice twist yet i am not surprised since they are:: Economists.

All coins are pumping because at least we are seeing some active implementation from their team, based on the market condition these people have neglected the developments and this makes the community is not showing any interest towards purchase. A company with active developments will help the coin to increase it's the price.

In short, they spent ICO money without achieving anything.

That breakout was much waited finally it happened and it looking very healthy it showing how brighter future will be ahead. Golem has very strong support from the community and it will keep discovering new level to get establish there as of dev team also doing nice job.

Yes it was a good strong move up and we now settled at around 11 cents , good growth , healthy growth is always a positive sign, hopefully golem team will keep improving gnt

Golem is an excellent project, i invest here and is best than XRP

The Gotem project pursues certain goals in which not only investors are interested, but also real users, unlike XRP, which is aimed primarily at enriching its developers through market manipulation.
Personally, I am very interested in seeing the project in this way work in the field of detective investigations.

Maybe Golem planned to  make something more  usefull for real world use, but they are a far behind a roadmap.  IIRC there was a plans according which we should see complete product now.. and you know how thing looks

Since there is no telegram I will ask here what is the deadline for  the migration? I will be able to migrate my GNT only after 20th December.
