In my experience, currently, free.btc.pt pays out the best, but it may depend on your location and how many videos/ads get served to you.

I find bitcoinget unusable for me. It forces everything into a small window in the middle. Sometimes, the information I need is just outside the window and I can't click onto it. Hence, I can't finish the task.

What browser and screen resolution are you using?

Suggestion:  If there is no work available for a user then the site should remove the option or gray it out or something.  It is annoying to click and be told there is no work when it appears that there is.
