There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Obviously no one knows...

But you can speculate... as we all are buying into BTC this 'early' in BitCoins' life. Yes EARLY... I believe BTC will be around for many more years to come.

Yes

People quickly forget we touched $80 last week (March 28th) and $50 the week before (March 23)

Tech issues, DDoS etc maybe but that is the nature of the beastcoin

There's a real good chance (30%?)it may even go back down to maybe even $50, but I think by the end of the year we'll be over $500, with of a hell-of-a rollercoaster ride in-between
