I have similar issue! It has been blocked for more than a week. When I try to withdraw, it is blocked.

I think the problem is that 1xbit has joined chat with 1xbet. After I had problem with my account, I wrote to livechat of 1xbit and they gave me this email security-en@1xbet.com. After having 5-10 emails with them, where they said that my account number is not registered with them I realized what is the problem. It would be great if 1xbit can separate live chats. Also my account is still frozen and I cannot access my money.

Its sounds good to hear, more feedbacks went good as they also had smooth withdrawal and no traffic on their transactions. And with regards to minor problems, please try to be patience for a couple of minutes because this sites sometimes having minor maintenance specially there were threats of DDOS attacks which is very vurnerable for all gamblings sites like this, so next time try to extend your understanding.

I think they should really implement that so that players can have proof of being compromised by their site and also they should make the withdrawals automate so people won't speculate that there something shaddy happening in their site, and that features should really need to look up for the devs so they can delivered good service to their bettors, since their are people tracking their records to see their overall losses and winnings in their games.

I can confirm this is true! It is very shady and my account got completely blocked with deposit and winnings after I won! No clear reason provided, only email saying violation of terms of agreement.

As far as I see from various internet sources it is full of scam accusations to 1xbit and parent 1xbet. That is why I will post them here daily.
Regarding proof - 1xbit did neither ask me for any verification procedures, nor informed me about the clear reason of closure (Just saying violation of Terms and Conditions). I am more than happy to provide them with documents and go through any verification procedure they have.
