I now realize that the sportsbook and casino business is very competitive these days. All these newbie accounts that are created to attack 1XBit could be the initiative of their competitors. The evidence they show is weak and all the images are photoshopped. My suggestion for 1XBit, continue to give better odds for their customers and attract more people.

Says the guy with a 1xbit tattoo on his forehead. There is simply no better evidence than the odds they offer. Anywhere between 10% - 20% overound for live betting, dependant on sport. Some of the worst odds on offer for any bitcoin sportsbook. Let's look at the Nadal v Feds Oz Open final right now. 1xbit offering overound of average 10%.Cloudbet 4-5%. Sportsbet 5-6% (although they are not the worst Directbet is offering a pitiful 13%). What is galling as a customer is that 1xbet is offering an average 2% overound on this event. Even if i trusted the 1xbit brand why would I even bother using this version when 1xbet offers superior odds and already accepts bitcoin? If you like 1xbit and bet there you are being ripped off when you can just play at the parent site for better value but wait a minute google 1xbet and its a horror show. Case closed.

I think you miss my point about true value of a product through odds and the absurdity of anyone ever playing on the 1xbit site. Even if you trust the platform you are basically stood at a counter looking at two identical apples in every way, one costs $1.50 and the other costs $1.20. Why in your right mind would you ever chose the $1.50 apple?? I have no allegiance to any brand but i will call a spade a spade whenever i see one to help inform bettors.

unfortunately I have a big problem with 1XBIT. I am a customer since a few weeks and everything was okay.
Then last weekend suddenly I was not able to place a bet or to do a withdrawal. Both times appeared a error message, that betting is temporary blocked, withdrawals are also blocked. I wrote to the live chat and they told me to write an email to security@1x-bit.com. I did it 72 hours ago and I wrote several Emails in the last hours to this email adress too. But until now I did not become an answer. Live chat told me everytime the same standard answer that I should wait for an answer from the specialists...

After 120 hours still no answer by email... 1xBit.com was online yesterday but did not answer me.... Such an unserious behaviour is a real catastrophe... I have to warn everybody to sign up and deposit at 1XBIT!

I like 1Xbit, but as far as the odds concern, I am not sure how the odds are defined in 1XBit, and as compared to the competitors. Are they all coming from the same odds originators? Is there any comparison of the odds among different sites?

Nah, it's fine, I was talking about the rating here, and I already said D+ is not excellent though it beats D D- and F ranked  sportbetting site.  D+ is far better than F rank.  And if only site representative of 1xBit reply on the issue it would be around B to A rate.

Indeed I still have that issue where i cannot see the register tab in my pc browser.  But when I shift to mobile browser  it is available there.  I tried to check it on chrome, firefox, maxthon, and opera browser but I still can't find the register tab.

Because there is a good possibility he is making this up. It is easy to make an alt account and post serious accusations anonymously. Someone should contact a mod and report to find out who this guy behind the alt account is. Maybe he is a fudder hired by another competing sportsbook or something crazy. This forum has more crazies than you think.

I dont think other competing sportbooks need to hire someone to make this thing, other competitors are still better than this site so they will not do it as this site is not a big competitor for them.

Too much complaints , they have to improve their customer service it's important.

Customer service is the most important in running a gambling site but that is the main thing that can ruin a gambling sites reputation. The owner is maybe busy with making his site better and he feels he does not need to respond with some accusation if that is baseless. We have different experience and mine is truly awesome, I have a good found this site and it has satisfied me in terms of my sports betting.

sometimes rude counteraction of posting really helps so that the devs of this site will answer if they see the compromised person posted some proofs of his problem who still occuring, we see a lot of gambling site who is so slow on taking some counter action on their site problems, so posting here and messaging them can rush  things out if people are been pissed of when they are not been satisfied enough for the site action regarding to their claims.
