I had the same issue like you in about 3 months before but now, everything is back to normal. I think you should check your internet connection and see whether you can improve something. Currently, 1xbit load quite fast on my phone and I fell convenient with it

Although, there are some users have issues but I have never experienced such thing and my bet always going so well.

did you try to use a different browser when entering this site? Well if not try to access by usinh different of it and if the problem will still occur well i think you need to stop on using that if you want really to play at them, and also try to read backwards first so that you can see some information and maybe you could learned from those one.

Well majority (even on my side) doesn't having an experience of a slow response from the site.

Here are some of the factors you might want to try:

-Internet Service Provider (check the speedtest and run ping test)
-Browser Problem (check other browser if it's the same)
-Clear browser data, cached, cookie etc.
-Location

Never use VPN to bet here, since this site has so many complaints, I personally avoid it. They can ask for ID, and if they find your ID is from the banned countries, they will not hesitate to confiscate all of your funds.

I guess they'll understand it, that is not new to them, I bet using vpn in some sites but there's no problem that I have encountered yet. Asking for ID is insane, what would be the use of being anonymous if we are required to give our real identity, I believe it will only happen in a case to case basis.
