Not worth still asking still. Its best to avoid any transaction involving paypal still.

Even if he sends the real name and his details, you won't be getting back your btc still if he scam you. You wouldn't be traveling to his country to sue him either. So its a complete waste.

wow, yes i can't accept $350 for $700 and also the balance is loaded from credit card because paypal not allowing my country to use the paypal balance online

Just to mention if you attempt to scam you will chased off the forum, just be forewarned of this.
If you do then welcome to trade that $700 worth of btc with me.
I do take 40% for this trade since it is of a high amount that I usually don't take because it would be all at once from one individual and paypal will definitely question this activity coming from your paypal to mine.

I can do this with payoneer and my rate is 10% means for 700$ Btc u have to send 770$ in payoneer but there is a little problem I don't have that big amount at once so we can do this like I send 350 to monbux  you send me 385 in my payoneer and then after maximum 1 hour will do the same and escrow feses are yours and payoneer feses are mine if you ready just send me PM

Monbux wouldn't escrow PayPal deals.
