its neither on performance requirement nor outcome of work.
outcome of work and performance based people also working but i had made other threads for them.but this thread is all about prepaid work.0.5btc to start work then 1btc daily and 0.5 more on completion.
performance based work anyone can enter and this work of prepaid only 4 people in total and 3 selected.i am waiting for some more time to get some quality resume(posting activity on major forums).
work is for 7 days in total but its approx 9hrs daily work.so only those who have time of keeping on posting are selected.its writing/creating unique posts creating and handling auctions...Not all can do this.

Dear,no one does quality work for lesser pay.i got all my invesred mny and promo mny back in 3 days of work itself remaining days of work if any leads it will be profit for me.my decision was correct.its not throwing its investing.4btc raised to 11btc and 2btc raised to 7btc in auction and still days remaining.we got 32 participants in total it was all because of hardwork and posts done.i want one more guy for 3rd work which is same as this.i will decide that guy by tonight.if you can do then pm me your work details rather than just commenting.you are legendary so seems you can do it.

bitcointalk is not a business forum.you can check listed by people on business for sale of various countries and 6+responses in 3days on each listings and auctions are done with 32auctions gesture tervorlive thevo...these are called silent auctions.
business forum are those which charge for listing bfs is example i gave you can check more also where you will find listings.it costs about 70$+ to list  on each of these websites.forums are for inviting to auction and you can see nigerian forums from where people are invited.target audience is considered while posting on forums.we are not like directbet.eu who are doing a complete illegal business using this forum as they dont hold license no kyc and doing illegal work by using this forum.
Why will anyone list for me by using their money they are charged for listings and i pay them money so its upto 8btc because some of it is used in listings and other works.200$ is cost of agreement which buyer signs while purchasing its drafted by pacific legal who are located in nz.
