I heard that their CEO and CTO was both arrested in Miami for having cocaine and weapons with them and when I googled about it , I found that It's true https://www.deepdotweb.com/2016/09/28/ceo-cto-popular-bitcoin-exchange-arrested/

Is the website controlled by somebody else now ? Has anyone used the website this month (after the owners got arrested) as I don't want to take a risk to get scammed

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

The website and transactions are running normally. I heard that CEO and other crew members have arrived back to Estonia, and everything is normal now.

I was able to reach out with their staff member named "Julien" , I personally find it hard to believe him as they probably know each either (the staff) and It's not a business-relation only.
