Is anyone else having trouble using the site? im getting an error message when i look up my uid
I tried it here in my device but it seems okay no errors message appears. Maybe it's only your connection or browser's issue. What's the error message BTW.
Code:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=554884 Curl error:name lookup timed out
Error! Can't get bitcointalk.org

Yeah I get the error every so often but you kind of just have to spam your way through it by trying like 3 times or just wait 30 mins to try again. Weird error but no solution as it seems.

Could be an issue with bitcointalk API I suppose? (Don't even know if an API is used, hehe)

Hi is there a vacant slot here? Also just to clarify, the max post per week is 50? What do you mean by having to post in multiple sections? I usually only post in the Bitcoin Discussion and Economics sections since those are the sections I read anyway. Will this require me to post in other sections? We do have a local language section in this forum, would that count? Is only Indonesian banned?

Finally, would this require me to register at and use Bitmixer? I've heard about the service but have never used it before.

Hi is there a vacant slot here?

There most likely is; you just put the signature on, and then type in your UID -> https://bitmixer.io/signature.html It will tell you whether or not you got accepted, or that the campaign is full.

Also just to clarify, the max post per week is 50?

You can post as many times as you want, but it will only pay out 50 posts per week (assuming they are in for payment eligible sections).

What do you mean by having to post in multiple sections? I usually only post in the Bitcoin Discussion and Economics sections since those are the sections I read anyway. Will this require me to post in other sections?

This campaign requires you to post in several sections of the forum instead of only in one or two sections. It's basically to give Bitmixer more exposure throughout the forum and prevent people from posting everything in one section for the sake of easiness.

We do have a local language section in this forum, would that count? Is only Indonesian banned?

It just depends on the quantity of your posts there, but Lauda is the one that checks the posts from each user. If he considers that it's fine, then you are good to go. But just in general, prevent to make the majority of your posts there.

Finally, would this require me to register at and use Bitmixer? I've heard about the service but have never used it before.

Only thing you have to do is fill your UID in the signature page, and that's it. https://bitmixer.io/signature.html

Hello Lauda,

Can I join your campaign?
Thanks.
Seriously? not even reading the OP first?
This is more common on Bitcointalk than you'd think. It's quite annoying at times.

Expect the next banning round from the past time period to be posted in 30-48 hours.

Wouldn't be surprised if I was added in the ban list having a look at my burst posts, but I do hope I don't get banned.

Ver 2.0- Still better than the members who start their posts with "Hello sir" though lol

Thanks for the response. Guess I'll have to go back first to secndstrade to at least tell them I'm leaving (application here would require me to change my sig before getting accepted).

Hopefully not. What made you think you'll get banned? There are days when sometimes I can't post (too tired, went out, connection is f****d up again, those things..). Is that enough to get banned?

This should be an indicator of a potential spammer, they don't have it in them to read the first (let alone the discussion), which is required to provide constructive posts.

You have two options:
1) Contact support to use a better fee-rate in the future.
2) Use an accelerator: https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

Which government, don't tell me USA? I wish them good luck let them try to do whatever they think that they can do, people know everything about the risks involved when they enter crypto(bitcoin) area. we are here to escape from their interventions and stay hidden from their radars.

The OP and the title clearly states that it's the Bank of Canada, discussing the fact that there is a need for government intervention. But of course, the little spammer does not read either, just looks at what other people posts and tries to string together some sort of legible sentence.

The majority of his posts are simply blind mumblings.
