I know for a fact the Bittrex does not add any gambling coins, you can read in their terms and conditions to add a new coin.

Also not sure about Poloniex so this coin will probably end up on smaller exchanges.

GBT had same idea and now the coin died and devs deserted it.

Okay. Good thought process i would say. I think there are still coins out there for gaming, i just hope u bring something more unique and a some good strategy to advertise and make this popular.

A few things to discuss would be
for starters about the betting.. u can make something like csgo lounge, dota2 lounge mergred with all games and using round as currency. with integration of steam.

many things more but i think i will wait for some more information for now.
