Introduction

Patriot Mall represent real construction project with physical address. This project follows two main goals, first to show perspective of ICO and blockchain technologies within real offline projects. And to collect funds for project realization on attractive conditions for both sides, participants and project’s founder.
Project already under construction process and required specific amount of money to put Mall into operation. Founder already has been invested around $5,000,000 into it, what as we think, make project more attractive and trustable. The Mall team developed kind interesting scheme of ROI, that meets interest of both sides and more important looks very realistic.


Patriot Project Mall Token [PPMT]

Patriot project Mall token is a coin, that tied to real square meters. Total area of the mall is 35,194m² and rentable are is 18,000m².

Return of investment includs two stages. Stage one is going to share net operation profit from rental income and promotions among token holders.
Stage two is basically tied to milestone, when PPT will be able to be exchanged on exchange markets and will allowed to owner sell it and buy through these platforms.

Why somebody will buy this tokens on exchange market?


The Mall team develop special program for future tenants. This promotion program, will give to tenant specific discount for rent payment, if they have specific number of tokens on hand. To protect dividends, and don’t cut it, plus to do not make all process complicated and very dependent on speculation, dividends will not be paid after adding ability to PPT to trade it on exchange market.

We are really appreciate for your feedback. That feedback help us to figure out some silly mistakes and fix it. Our team finally done with all preparation stages and now we are going to make normal announce in this friday 10 of november. We also change token name on PPMT - Patriot Project Mall Token.
