Just now checked that almost everyone have got their bounty coins, but i am left out , dont know the reason, why this has done to me when i have submitted my ETH address on 19th december 2016 itself.

Are you using myetherwallet? If yes, how are you checking your balance?

Can I know how you check your VSL token? MyEtherwallet keep "loading tokens"

Why is this happening to me only i dont know atleast he should give me the reason of not giving me the bounty coin but my name is added in the spreedsheet.

I'd follow the guide to receive the bounty but it
shows for signature campaign only was given to my
eth address. Twitter and facebook, ive check the transactions
its says unable to locate transaction

Same situation as me. I haven't received my bounty Facebook Campaign, But from twitter campaign I already received it yesterday.
Please update as Irfan about the distribution of the bounty. You haven't notify as about it but you already sent the bounties.
