Well, the title of my post pretty much sums it up... I've emailed the support line 3 times not and haven't received any help. It took my money from Dwolla after finishing the verification process and then gave me a failure error...

My order ID is eb570214-ee78-4a58-ad70-3fb037252c2b...

Can anybody help?

It's like every day there's a problem with Bitinstant Sad

You should post in the Bitinstant support thread, and you'll find someone who can help you out.  Should be stickied near the top of this board.
