身边有精神病也不知道，这才是最可怕的。就好像有个不定时炸弹，指不定哪天就爆炸了。

　3月27日，四川师范大学一名大一学生滕某因生活琐事，在该校成龙校区学生公寓学习室里，用当日白天从超市购买来的菜刀将同寝室友芦海清杀死。根据《死亡医学证明书》显示，被害人因头颈离断伤死亡。
