And you won't believe the difference in temp it made. It seems that at the same fan speed almost twice as much airflow goes out the exhaust.

I zip-tied the end to hold it.

Try it if your wife is complaining about the noise or if you want it to run cooler...

so what is the difference in temps?

For me it was 5C.

The faster the fan runs the more difference it will make.
