hi, i have create altcoin named "newcoin", i use altminer u3 to mine altcoin, when i install run cgminer, it notices that there is no server pools, so i install p2pool, from
http://p2pool.in/.
my altcoin conf info:

rpcuser=hellotest
rpcpassword=letmein
dnsseed=0
port=20000
daemon=1
rpcport=40000
run p2pool: python run_p2pool.py, but it notices:
