ETH developer is a broad term.What exactly you're looking for ? ETH developer as in the core team member or someone who knows their way around ETH api or solidity ? Will any programming be involved ? I have sound knowledge of their API and of course can code in solidity.Send me a PM.

We would like to create a token that alowes people to bet on anything - the price of bitcoin on a certain hour/date, who will be the president etc. the coin should be based on etherum and the "house" will get a certain commision from every bet. the bet should be places using the beters wallet so it will create a contract and when the bet is over the funds should be transfered to the winner wallet so no transfer of funds will occur until the winner is decided.
the coin will also can be played on more traditional games like blackjack / sporsbetting where the player will simply play from his wallet so no deposits will be made to the casino platfrom, once the games are over the funds will be transfered either to the casino or from the casino to the player.
Is it possible to create such a token?
How long and cost?
How many developers requierd?
Can you specify the tehcnicals terms that will go into creating such a token?
