Is this the correct website for the exchange. I am having an issue since long. The website keeps refreshing on its own and logs me out after about every 10 minutes and this happens on Chrome as well as Internet explorer. No clue why does this happen.

What's the BTC withdrawal process here?
Withdrawal process looks very painful here...waiting for 3 hours transaction not even in blockchain nor they provide Tx ID. Do they manually process withdrawals in office hours?

Hello, Had the same issue but did a "time corrections for codes" in Google authenticator, and it worked fine. |
