I agree with it, it must be the first initiative that you need to do before you are going to invest into a website. It is all our duty and responsible to search all necessary things about that company, its established date, owner. And when we see that there's a transparency and it seems that all the information are good enough and true, then its up to you if you will trust that company.

I dont see any hyip sites that are functioning and operating for a long period of time as of now since i do believe that they only last for a short period of time thats why its very risky to put up your money on this kind of investments. Having a proper research and investigation would really help you out to prevent being scammed.

There are 2 types of people who just earned in HYIP sites.
1. The HYIP site owner.
2. The first people who invest.

Number one rule is to don't invest in ponzi! The previous comments are correct. Only the ponzi maker/scammer is the only one earning (well some of the first investors).
