All of these kinds of payment processors are reversible - the sending could claim that their account was hacked, or that it was an unauthorized transaction.

'Current business context does not allow us to get involved in transactions related to Bitcoins. We remind you that our terms state that transactions involving or related to Bitcoins are prohibited due to our banking agreements.
Any user found to be in violation of this condition will have the account revoked and the funds seized.'
