What are REITs?A REIT, or Real Estate Investment Trust, was originated in the 1960s in the United States. Assume there will be 3 to 4 assets issued by the issuance of crypto securities annually, and calculate by 1 billion RMB each, the total amount will reach 4 billion RMB. Calculate with 1.5% issuance fee, the gross income will be 60 million RMB. Total transaction in accordance with 10 times of the total crypto securities value, then the total trading fee will be 40 million RMB. Assume that the operating cost is 30 million RMB, and then the gross income of a single unit of REITs SHARE’s in the first year will be 0.7 RMB. The relation between the total dividend and the amount of total crypto securities released is linear.

Block Generation earningsAll crypto securities on the REITs Chain will pay dividend on a fixed term. The fund that issued the asset will announce the dividend program, and there will be a 0.5% of the total dividend used for rewarding block generation. Assume that the total crypto securities issued on the REITs Chain is 4 billion, according to relatively standard estimates, annual bonus will be 6-7% of the total assets, which is 280 million. Block generation reward amount would be 1.4 million. The total reward amount will be proportional to the number of total crypto securities issued on the REITs chain.
System maintenanceAfter the investors transfer its shares into equity, REITs SHARE will stop issuing dividend income to investors. In order to maintain the stability of block chain system, we will continue to maintain the incentive payment for block generation.
