Well this is certainly not done with lead generation. Those mails are most probably grabbed with emailgrabber or some other software wich are on market in a range of 10 - 50$ per month.
Those adresses are basically worthless since lot of them are out of function and others are not interested in your offer. Correct me if im wrong.
If you were generating those emails with a lead capture page than based on number of mails you have, your earnings would cross $100,000 monthly if not more and you would not have the need to sell them.

OP, are you going to sell this list to as many people as you want so if one buys it is of no value because many people might have been using it spam those emails with different types of services including scam, fraud, phising and so many unnecessary marketing content, how then do you expect someone to buy this list.
