Why would he not double spend it when you said that he wasn't going to be paid? Spending an unconfirmed input doesn't mean double spending, and in his case, it meant he wanted to make multiple bets without waiting for the previous to confirm, with only 1 input in his wallet.

You have no proof that he cheated. You have no proof that his intent was to double spend.

Prove that he actually had an intent to double spend, because looking at it from my view (and probably most people's), he wanted to make multiple bets, and you didn't accept multiple bets in one transaction, so he decided to make 10 transactions. The fee he paid is decent and could expect to be in the next few blocks.

He chained every bet. That means, that if one is double spent, all the ones after are also double spent. This gives less control, making him unable to only double spend losing ones (assuming that was his intention)

Sites that process many withdraws in a short period of time do it all the time, like my Cloudbet, Poloniex, Fairlay, e.t.c withdraws. If you're accusing them all of double spending (and probably many other sites as well), please find an transaction that they actually double spent and accuse them of it. It's pretty serious if your claim is real.

It's much easier and less riskier (from a double spender's perspective) to do that. If they were all going to be double spent, why would he post all the transactions knowing it would prove that he tried to cheat the game?
