Images not displaying

Hi,

so i placed two images in a post, but only their links show up.
I did put the real url of the image inside the img tags:

Is it because i'm a "newbie" user and have low activity/# of posts?

Newbies are not allowedto post images in the forum. It will only show once you got ranked up to Jr. member.
