A quick update, we no longer accept blogspot domains
We have found out that 99% of the time they are spam posts, fake traffic or bots

Yes click on Billing & Payments in the left hand menu
From there a box will appear if you have an advertiser account with the SAME email, if you do you can transfer funds over to your advertiser account
