I am not sure if my method in cracking it is correct, but the answer is "OUGY", which I got from entering that number to google, then pulled the maps as the only result is related to coordinate, and switching to satellite view lead me to Le Pain d'Antonin bakery which then I googled and the result of "OUGY" is the second result.

250 240 doge, an interesting puzzle. I wonder if there's a simpler method to solve this?

That was the simplest way, I think. Its funny that google points to a bakery as a most important part of the village.
However when I was testing the clue google was pointing me directly at Ougy...

Edit: lol, at first I decided to take this one because I am interested to know what will happen with me and Waals being on tie. Then I just realized that the situation is far more interesting, with me, waals and yeswepump on equal score with this as the final puzzle. What will happen with the bonus prize? Please don't divide it equally, lets find a more interesting method. I remember we had this situation before (with me and yeswepump on tie, IIRC) and I suggested something, but I don't remember what.

Gosh, almost a year in to the game and I still didn't handle draws... Miiike it was accumulation of the prize that you suggested previously. I think we will go this way now as well. More to that as there where two extra winners this time, the prize will also be boosted with double ccumulation! = Next period reward is worth not less than 30K
