So what would be the last thing that this admin could say that would be worth it? I don't see it as Obama as a person but as a potus, the first half black guy.

A more mundane issue: solving this pipeline, I am sure there are ways to make it go around problematic places... as long as some private insurers are ready to insure any fallout why would it poses a problem? It's only oil... heavy or what ever it can't go Tchernobyl!
