What the hell you expect? I have tkt pending from 11th FEB that is legit? I have withdrawal pending from Feb 9? if you have a common sense you might know what 1.15BTC can do in 14 days, My 1.15 BTC worth of alt-coin withdraw is pending from Feb 9, those coins i can get $65(Today's Price) every day staking in my wallet who is going to recover my loss?
I had to wait for about 40 days once it was a bit smaller amount of stakable alt than 1.15 BTC worth though. I bet exchanges have paragraphs about such situations in their user agreements we had to confirm during registration (who reads that.., right? Smiley )

but I had never have problems withdrawing major coins.
+ there are some ways one can defend himself from unwanted volatility while waiting for transaction to complete. for instance during times with huge volatility i hedge on other exchange(s)

Hello all, just want to share that my golem withdrawal went through. Asked for it a day ago and was processed about 7 hours ago.

I suppose they’re trying to find and fix issues in their platform and hope they resolve everything the soonest so our trading activities can get back to the usual. Cheers.

I think most of the cryptopia's problems are because they are dealing with lots of shitcoins, and as... people overwhelming support by sending repeating tickets like every hour without waiting for reply or mining directly into their cryptopia addresses.
When i saw so many new pages of whiners calling scam, i tried to withdraw some coins again just to check if its true - but no: my withdrawal arrived in less than 5 minutes. That makes me to believe those problems are just minor issues in overall picture and people with problems are only over-represented in threads (which is understandable)

so i believe it just needs some patience. give it some time and problems will be solved. Doesnt look like a scam to me atm, dont worry yet

Oh yeah, they've outdone themselves this time. I was mining BWK with nvidia and ETN with amd cards. Just as I was going to send some BWK to the cryptopia wallet they put it into maintenance. Whatever, switched to mining XVG. Sent some XVG to the wallet, they didn't arrive and after a while they disabled the XVG wallet too! Then sent some ETN to their wallet, those also didn't show up and soon after that they disabled the ETN wallet. "What the actual fuck?!" I thought and switched to mining LUX. Then I saw they disabled the LUX wallet too. Shocked So I waited for a while, and after they "enabled" it I sent some LUX to the cryptopia wallet. Except it was a trap Cheesy and they didn't really enable the wallet, they were running some old version that wasn't syncing, so those LUX didn't arrive too.

No one fucks up so many things so quickly just by being unlucky — this is either some extreme incompetence or bad intent on their part, no other way to explain all this nonsense.

Definitely lot of everything.   Incompetence, bad intent, idiot PR tactics, oh my.

There's so many people who don't have their money for weeks if not months.  No one from cryptopia is supporting these people.  This should be their #1 priority.

@Lafu thanks for your try, I think the support should respond and say: "the reason for the delay is.. the problem will be fix till.." no response is not the way to deal with long time customers.
meantime they can return money to the inner account that I can trade or freeze the all market that it wont happen to other people (admit that there is a problem and not hide it.

At least it looks like the wallet is connected to other peers, which sounds good to me

It's been months.  They are not fixing anything or even try to fix.  So many people's funds are stuck on processing.  Everyday more stuck transactions.  30000 more support tickets every 2 weeks.

There are people who hasn't gotten support reply for months.

Dear Lafu and Cryptopia.

Good afternoon. I would like to ask you to make the following announcements for users (after talking to the developer, programmers, the owner of the exchange), probably with the following content:

- Dear users of the delay with deposits and with withdrawals will be up to xx.xx.2018
- Dear users of coin purses XX, XX, XXX, will be up to xx.xx.2018 for maintenance
- Purses XX, XXX, XXXX at the moment do not work.

We are just all worried, I see that you have problems and I just stopped making coins on your stock exchange (I think so many do).
The volume of trading on your stock exchange fell from $ 70 to $ 15 million.
