TERMS AND CONDITIONS-The Promoter is Cryptopia Ltd NZBN 9429041327791, Christchurch, New Zealand.
-The Promotion is open to all verified Cryptopia users with a Level Two or Three Verified account who have traded previously with Cryptopia.
Users can verify their accounts throughout the promotional period but the account must be verified to level two or three prior to the promotion closing.
-Only one verified account per customer will be eligible for the Promotion (multiple accounts will be detected).
-The Promotion is not open to new accounts created from 1 July, 2018.
-The Promotion commences UTC 12.01am 1 July 2018 and closes UTC 11.59pm 31 July 2018.
-Fee Refunds will be paid in DOT, calculated on the average DOT price through July.
-Fee Refunds will be paid up to 5x your June trading volume.
-Users with zero June trading volume are still eligible for this Promotion and Cryptopia will use the most recent month that trades were made as the baseline.
-Your Fee Refund will be calculated by 7 August 2018 and Refunds will be paid directly into the same Cryptopia account that the trading occurred at the latest by 31 August but most likely before.
-The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration
of the competition. The Promotor reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotional rules at our discretion at any time.
-The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction that would prohibit trading.
-Cryptopia will not allow any third party to access information of any participant.
-The Promotion is not open to Cryptopia employees or their families.
