v10

280x ~230 h/s            a1
390   ~330 h/s            a1
fury   ~385-390 h/s     a2
480   ~275-282 h/s     a2

my 290x is hitting ~319 h/s in v9.3 ......at v10 it is only ~314 h/s at a1 algorithm

question:
how can i set different -a option in a rig with different cards? i want a1 for my 280x and a2 for my 480 in the same rig.
Readme.txt!!!
-a   algoritm selection. Possible values: 0..3. 0 - autodetect. You can also specify values for every card, for example "-a 0,3,1". Default value is "0".

Hi guys. I have been using 9.2 on two rigs and as 01.01.2017 when the rig restarts by some reason I'm getting this weird freeze of the miner. It hangs after "POOL version". Unfortunately when i'm not around to see that it will stay like this for hours. I use Nicehash pool. This happens once in a while on both rigs. What could be the problem - pool, miner or rig system?

Government, why do not you use version 10 because it has better performance? Your problem may be the result of excessive overclocking or too downvolt. Try to reduce the clock (if you are overclocking ) or increase the voltage.

Switching to v10 is a valid point Smiley I will do that. I was just curious if anyone else had such issue. I run RX 480 8G NITRO+ OC with slight adjustments: core clock 1250, memory clock 2125. Everything else is stock. The interesting thing is that this problem started this year.
Thanks and regards!

I had 256H/s for my RX 480 8GB now it's at 286H/s, massive improvement for these cards. (It is overclocked to 1370/2250.)

How is  possible so many overclocking? I have 6 x SAPPHIRE RX480 OC + 8 Gb (default clock is 1342/2000 MHz) and overclock with the GPU power +0 freezes my computer. At 2100 MHZ of memory is stable only a few hours. Which graphics card you have and which OC software do you use?

Its like that when you listen some freaks from bench forum and put 6x 480 on ~1000w PSU

Any place / documentation on which are the supported graphics card for using Claymore's GPU Miner ?

I have an AMD Radeon HD 6450 it does not seem to be supported. It only using the CPU .
I had tried with v9.3 and also with 7.x
I have the latest drivers installed  ( Crimson ReLive Edition 16.12.2 ) installed . But it does not seem to be working .  This is the message on the console it gives :

ZEC - Total Speed: 0.000 H/s, Total Shares: 0, Rejected: 0, Time: 00:01
ZEC: GPU0 0.000 H/s

with niceminer (nheqminer_v0.4b_suprnova) for windows and using suprnova pool, am getting around 7.69 to 8 Sols/s. Is this quite low for this configuration or is it just about the speed that one can get with this config ?

Any pointers are appreciated.

thanks..didn't look at the readme.txt because i always look at the OP.. i guess claymore didn't put it there yet

if nothing else Works try claymore's cryptonote miner v9.7. I think it works there

great improvemnt on rx480 all stock clocks with 15% powerlimit+.  using reference design xfx with 2000 mem and 1328 clocks.  same rig also has powercolor red devil 480 same speeds.. the slow one is the gpu connected to monitor.  its an asus rx480 4g..  its my slowest card

Thanks for the great work Claymore!

I tried with 15.12. and pasting bin files from Linux version.

Was getting 2000 h/s on Claymore 9.3 with 4x 290x and 2x290, on v10 getting 2005.
Tried with -a 0 1 2 and 3, and max is 2005.

With optiminer getting 2060, so I'm staying on optiminer for now Cheesy.

yeah optiminer is the fastest amd miner at the moment

no it isnt i get 355 on 290x's on v9.3
also u can run both people if its slower than 9.3 for some cards run 10 on those 9.3 on the others
and ofc with speed increases the power is gonna go up u are using more cycles

What miner do you use?

claymore of course..

this 280x hitting 290 h/s in this two card rig...

my other 280x rigs are only hitting 230 h/s..

maybe the rx 480 and 280x combo does the trick, will observe and experiment more later..

So it seems whattomine gives lower hashrates for a RX470-4gb.
Can anyone post his current 470 hashrate + power consumption with V10 please?
