Bitcoin Knots offers more features but something simple like receiving funds should work properly. If they don't appear then I assume you are not fully synced with the network so make sure you have the full blockchain downloaded. If It still doesn't show anything then open an issue on their
Github Repo . Bitcoin knots is decentralized (team may not be able to do much) just like the other desktop wallets so as long as you control your private keys and you can see the transaction that you actually received in the Blockchain , you should be fine.
