I often wonder how exactly you will defend yourself against any chargebacks made. I have seen people charging back for just a couple of dolars. I would suggest to stay cautious and only accept payments from a user who has got some good amount of green trust. Also while sending bitcoin requesting for a satisfaction email should be enough.

Well, when they send the money on paypal they have to say that in the description they will not chargeback and than they can't win chargebacks because they accepted those terms

They can if they contact their bank and say it was unauthorised on their credit card.

That doesnt work exactly, and plus paypal can question the transaction, freeze the funds and terminate the account for breaking its policy on exchanging for digital currency. All they have to do is contact their bank stating its not authorized, and then youre at a loss, then if you try to appeal, paypal will likely deny it and probably freeze your account if you state it was for bitcoins.
