The blocks reward are divided between nodes and miners:
Miners 50%
Master nodes %5 and up over time to 15% max
DistrictsNodes will get 25% and up over time to 35% max
and Yes, you can have unlimited masternodes on the same ip address, but we recommend a dedicated server or VPS for DistrictsNodes because the minimum configuration is 2 cpu core, 12 GB ram, 512 SSD, 1Gbit internet.

You will find all the details about nodes, decentralized hosting, web wallet features, ect... in the new updated white paper at the end of this month.

you couple months ago wrote something that minimum is 30 mil tokens and/or (dont remember) 4-5 million usd. so now as i can see usd is more than you expected for minimal cap, so i wanna ask if in some case 30 mil will not be sold, but in usd value there will be 5, 6 or even more millions is that will mean that project rised cap?
