Earning respect, I don't think so. The team can not build up pseudo-respect, it totally depends on community. The team can only show their professionality and capability to develop the project. |

I agree with you about the growing trend to communicate mostly online but I don’t think it could absolutely replace real communication. I am sure that it will never happen and some things will never change. |

I agree with you about the growing trend to communicate mostly online but I don’t think it could absolutely replace real communication. I am sure that it will never happen and some things will never change. Maybe you are right but online communication gives more opportunities. There is no boundaries or something that could interferes with communication. District project even levels up this way of communication. |
