What is the trick that ethos and the likes use to oc amd rx cards? How to set gpu/mem clock and volts on ubuntu?

thanks for your support. I know about /sys/class/drm/card0/device/pp_sclk_od and /sys/class/drm/card0/device/pp_mclk_od edit, but memclock doesn't work. So what are ethos and co using? Could you maybe provide some help?
