API will be off for a while, I need to start working on this.

There's no ETA when this will be fixed. There's a lot of traffic flow.

If you're a faucet owner, please INFORM YOUR USERS THAT WE'RE MOVING TO A NEW/bigger SERVER.

I'll need to keep the following offline:

Dice, lottery & RPS,
chat (I've moved to faucetgame.com where I'll stay in contact with people in real time)

API will be going on and off from time to time. Apologies in advance. Huge spike in traffic

Epay.info has gone scam and I want to migrate my faucet Dailyfreebits.com. Let me know the procedure and what would happen if users don't have account at faucethub

Your users wont be able to claim from your faucet, they'll keep getting an error that their address isn't registered on FH.

If you'll need help in the future, please use site support.
I created a ticket on the site but no response since 24 hours.

I reported this bug few months ago when Faucethub was working slow. But looks that solution wasn't found so far.

Hi admin

Please help me, yesterday I made a withdrawn from Faucethub, but the amount still does not reach its destination. This is the transaction:

https://blockchain.info/tx/4951cddb3aebed0b08948ca1cf0d0cad51c4e9b57270dd3b9e2fcbb265b8ac01
It says "Transaction rejected by our node. Reason: Transaction was previously accepted but has been pruned from our database."

My nickname is the same of here. I have also registered the same bitcoin address in virtualpub
Nothing to worry about. What you're seeing is on blockchain.info website.

Please read this copy paste from faucethub site:

Quote
The Bitcoin network is under heavy load for the last few weeks, resulting in increased wait time for transactions to confirm. Your transaction may take up to 3-7 days before it shows up in your wallet, please wait for it. It may also disappear from the Blockchain with a message such as "transaction rejected". This is also normal, and will appear again at a later date. We will NOT answer any messages regarding this.

Three days ago I received the payment
Thank you  Smiley

An exchange is needed clearly. I think the most have no problems with paying fees for that.

Please try withdrawing 1 satoshi less, it might be a rounding error. I've got no explanation for this

This has only happened 2 times, and it happens when the site gets overloaded to the point where API lags hard. This wont happen anymore, since I've optimised the server as much possible over the last few days to improve the API response times greatly. Sorry for the trouble.

I received an email thay my support ticket was created and after that I received no further email that it was responded to. Also, that email had no link to follow responses to that support ticket. Just, checked my Faucethub account support section and there is no option to check opened tickets or perhaps site is not mobile responsive.
Can you PM me link to the reply.

Hello,

regarding XPM. The chain is very, very big so we're still downloading blocks. Didn't believe it would take this long to get it.

Regarding your faucet/list.
In order your faucet appears in list, you need to make 10 payouts, so you get listed (anti-spam feature).
To get in our premium list you need to have our premium account, which costs 0.0015 per month.

Epay.info has gone scam and I want to migrate my faucet Dailyfreebits.com. Let me know the procedure and what would happen if users don't have account at faucethub

Just a heads up.

There were some construction works down the road and they somehow managed to cut telephone cables.
This means I'm on a limited internet connection through my phone and support will be much slower than usually.

I'm trying to load gmail and it takes literally 5 minutes and another 5 minutes to load the email itself.

So, please, have some patience. If you need help, ask in site's chat and you'll get help from someone

So, I was thinking.. it would be nice to be able to append some information to the faucet name when claims are made and the user is paid at FH.  Specifically, an optional variable on the payout API.

So instead of:
SomeFaucetName.Abc

It would show in the users payments as:
SomeFaucetName.Abc - SomeMessageHere

This could be an internal hash used to track payouts, a small service reminder, even a payout explanation for reconciled payments.  Does anyone else think this is a good idea?  I don't know if such a thing would need to be screened or not... I don't want to use up valuable support time by creating another approval process, but it just seems a really simple and responsive way to communicate small bits of vital information.

Please make sure you've selected the right payout currency (BTC in this case).

If this isn't the issue, please let me know and I'll look further into it.

Not a bad idea, but. There's always that but.

If there's enough demand for this, I could make it, no issues there. But if I have to do it for 1 person Sad

I was not suggesting it for me.  The example was full intended to be considered as a new feature, and not for any one user. Smiley  Mob rules, and so on.
