@mexicantarget

I am zuzoovn on FH, today I got this message.

You have a Fraud Score of 10.1

You have been caught doing fraudulent activities 1 times.

We have zero-tolerence for botting on any of our partner's sites.

You have less than 20 coin addresses linked to your account of which 0 were used to make 0 faucet claims.

I only use 1 BTC address with my FH account.

Could you please review my account?

Thank you.
You haven't been caught using multiple addresses (as you can see yourself).
You've been caught triggering site APIs frequently.

Code:
(
    [0] =>
        (
            [type] => excessive_claim_activity
            [total_claims] => 846
            [time_spent_claiming] => 1 days 9 hours 58 mins 49 secs
            [longest_claim_gap] => 6 mins 15 secs
            [claims_by_faucet] =>

                    [CryptoBro - Innovative Faucet] => 5
                    [Fan Bit] => 4
                )

        )

)

You should contact that faucet owner and tell him move his site under the mining category, otherwise all his users will be marked as fraudulent users.
I've unfroze your account.

It seems the support does not want to reply to the message. They also did not unlock my account for 4 days. Their fraud works and does not tolerate anyone, even if their system is faulty.
If you just read my signature you'd actually realize that this isn't a support channel.

Just for the sake of integrity.
FH's anti-fraud can't LINK users ANYHOW, if they don't link themselves to IPs and other accounts.
FH anti-fraud system ISN'T making up stuff, freezing randomly, etc.

If you got caught at least once using a proxy IP that is connected to other multiple accounts, anti-fraud system will get you and we don't tolerate proxies, IP hiding services, etc.

Anyway, here's your report.

Code:
Caught doing fraudulent activities 929 times, last checked 2 hours ago.

Has been linked to 21 other accounts via IP address at least once:

You see![/code]
Same case, it's carbon copy answers. You did the same as the other user above.
You used a bad IP which got flagged, there's nothing we can do about it.

Our system doesn't really care where users live, it cares our users don't use multiple accounts and IPs to steal money from faucet owners.

It's written in our ToS. NO IP FORGING SERVICES. You agreed to those ToS, now you're saying it's FH's fault?

no matter what you do... no matter how innocent you are... no matter how clean you are... even if it's their mistake... they will never unfreeze your account so goodbye to the coins your account contains... it's theirs now... this is the worst subwallet... stupid admins and system sucks... I wish faucetbox would just comeback and take down this sh*t subwallet...

Innocent, yes. Very innocent. Faking IPs for whatever reason is very innocent. Let's exclude privacy topics, but there's nothing about privacy here, you're claiming -money- from someone's -wallet-.
If you had a clue, you wouldn't be saying what you're saying.
Stop being ignorant.

You don't break rules. Rules exist for a reason. In this case, anti-fraud system helps faucet owners protect their money from people who steal that money with X or Y methods.

You can't compare faucetbox to faucethub. Faucetbox was serving its users, good or bad. We serve the good people and try to get rid of the people who don't respect faucet owners' pockets.
There's at least 100 bot mails made per day on FH and 99% of those gets caught via IPs, wallet addresses, patterns that my system is detecting.
FH is being developed every single day, so faucets can continue operating without losing money to scammers and legitimate users can earn free coins.

I'm just frustrated, the email says I claim too many times. But do not unlock my account. Too many complaints led to the lock, but I claimed 1 month before being arrested. I understand that you try to do everything to fight fraud. And those who make a mistake, you should release them, even if this site is the work of their entire month. And if they go wrong, you should just release the money they cheated. And you, freeing all the money. Include all.
People who've met me 1-2 years ago know that I'm not a bad site owner. I give people second chance, because everyone deserves a second chance.
But, imagine running a site with ~600.000 registered users and 2-5% of those are people who have malicious intentions.
How do you know who's the good guy or the bad guy?

I'd love to be able to help you, but I can't go against my own system that is made the way it's made.
Faucet scene has been improved a lot since faucethub introduced its anti-fraud system.

If you were one of those owners who lose money by a**holes, you'd feel what I say, but you're a user who's frustrated and I understand you perfectly.

how the F could I fake IP's I don't even use VPN's for F sake... privacy? yeah right... claiming money from someone's wallet? how do I freaking know how to access their account? tell me how and I'll do it... I'm not ignorant that's why this topic exists... Do you know what site I'm on Pokebits, Virtualpub, Cryptoracers, Satoshiwars all of which I think you own those sites... and yes I do some fauceting and I have invested a lot of time on them... yes I can't compare faucetbox to faucethub because faucetbox is the best don't know why they shutdown... your system detection doesn't know how to differentiate those who are doing honest and those who do not... upgrade your system coz' it really sucks...
