Dear Mexican Target

I was shocked to see my account has been frozen for "botting" and you guys have ignored my tickets.
I don't understand why I have been banned or frozen?

I have not done anything different for months and have been using auto faucets you guys allow to be shared on your platform and on chat.

I have been here for a long time and have a level 103 account, why would I do anything to jeopardize my account and risk loosing access and all my coins?

Please unfreeze my account as I have not done anything illegal.

My account has been frozen from Jul. 25 up to now just from having IP address given dynamically. (Sorry for not having static IP address)

Please investigate my account and you'll see that:

All funds from my account came from LEGIT BTC DEPOSIT to FaucetHub and not from any fraud or illegal actions/activities that would cause for the account to be frozen.

All deposit to FH and "NO withdrawals" from FH to my personal wallet. This is because the funds here are for the users/claimers.




Is there a way to just limit user registration from such IPs and make it  impossible for users to register?

Just like to say a massive thanks to mexicantarget I had a missing payment so I contacted Mex...

After providing a screenshot to him the funds where quickly sent to my account...

This guy is a legend in the crypto world and very trust worthy

All funds are gone.

May I request a log of my account balances before July 24, 2018?

I am pretty much sure I have more than $150 but not more than $180 in there.

(this might be foolish and selfish but...)

May I know if it is possible to deny future registration (in any case might also be caught and suspected to be a duplicate/dummy account) from the IP range that have the same issue my account (currently on my issue, the notice says that there are 37 accounts on the IP range I have) is, so NO account will be frozen both new and old?

Firstly, how could a withdrawal happen and start in the first place if the account was in FROZEN status?

I'm sorry. You're correct. The wallet address I checked when I wrote the previous message to you, was a deposit one. I just realized that. Once again, sorry for the confusion.

Now, getting back to your issue: it seems like a lot of coins (BTC, DOGE, POT, etc.) were marked as fraud and returned to the faucet owners accounts, just like our Terms and Conditions says happens with fraudulent claims. I do not claim from faucets, except when I am ONLY TESTING on how a specific faucet works due to I am collecting ideas which I can implement on my own faucet.

If I am to claim, I would definitely claim from well known faucets from faucet owners like Edulml, luckybits.io, fautsy, dibon and DEVRAWL, BUT I DON'T.

Because I am only using "this and my ONLY account" for my faucet funds.

Do inspect my funds WHERE THEY COME FROM.

Is faucethub down for just me or everyone? I'm not getting an access for like 4 hours now. Mostly errors but sometimes I reach upto login page to encounter more errors.

I've been waiting too long for faucethub.io support. But no replies received till this day.


Can you provide proof of my account having illegal activities except for having a dynamic (random changing)IP address that might have been used by others within 5-6 provinces from my place.

Provide any proofs of:
1. Balances that goes to my account which are not by Legit deposits.
2. Balances that goes outside my faucethub's account.

if none, then my account is clean and my money should not have been taken!

$200 might be just coins for you, but not for most small faucet owners.

Got an email from FH having been tipped back my balance but unfortunately my account is in frozen state and can't log in.
Sad

hope FH to refuse new registration from our IP range if it only will cause the new and as well as the old accounts using such IPs be frozen.
this will solve both old legit accounts not being included to suspected multiple account users.

My account is not tied nor linked to any account, except for sharing the same IP range.
The ISP is https://iphub.info/?ip=175.158.201.31
and it (175.158.201.***) ranges of course from 175.158.201.1 to 175.158.201.255

I do not have control on anyone to not use the same IP range as what my ISP provides me nor stop them using/registering multiple accounts.

My account is dedicated for my faucet funds and I do not claim from other faucets as well.
If you can only check that all my funds came from deposits.
(withdrawal from ad networks most of them are from bitmedia)
