I just got an email saying my order was on hold and to follow a link to pay for the order or "reply to this email" link does not work , how do I pay for an order through email?

my order ending in 402 says pending payment but the order ending in 411 says on hold.

waiting for the site to work so i can cancel the duplicates

well wish I knew for sure if my machine was safe and I could just take my time dealing with this, instead of being worried they will sell my machine before I can get my payment through. you would assume on hold means we are good?

Some of my duplicates has the pay now button but until i get a BTC address to send to i cant pay and that could take 24-48 hours so in that time you should be able to reach a rep to get a payment address and pay which reserves yours.

its midnight here. i was trying to load up some stuff on my duplicates so i could get a better answer but the site is still buggy. i should have more info on what i can gather from my duplicates both waiting payment and on hold within 12 hours. when i do im cancelling the duplicates in order to give up those in case the on holds are because of the order quantities.

My theory is the on holds are those who had late orders put in and are waiting to see if those who got in line earlier due to sheer luck is going to pay, maybe if in a certain time space they dont they give up their line space to those on hold that has contacted support? my existing orders that were "awaiting payment" upon hitting refresh turned into "on hold"

Im honestly just speculating there and could be very much wrong and later he realized... he was wrong


@atrolis. i waited on the loading bars, till the red line appeared. then go to your orders page

@didley yea i know they havent issued a btc address yet since its special to each order but im curious what the page says too.

I take back what i said, anyone who placed orders hit refresh. Most of mine has turned into "On Hold"

The ones that went to "On Hold" were those that i hit the pay now button.

Hope it works, im off to bed. with a still half broken site, there is nothing else that can be done until they send the BTC address via email (Also the shipping amount based on address since shipping isnt free it just gets updated when someone looks at your order )

I got the email telling me it was ordered and to reply or make a ticket to begin payment, but I wasn't sure what to do.

Did they just mean for me to reply and tell them I'm ready or do I need to send them BTC now? I need their Wallet ID, right?

Yes  we sent a batch to HK  and  hopefully it was enough.

However, we got hundreds orders in about 10 minutes.

Are the 741's worth it? I'm just curious. With Bitmain's S9 you can have 14 T/H while the avalon only does half of that. Also, they are also pulling 1300 watts as well correct? So nearly the same power price yet half the hash rate. I need someone to talk me into ordering one. I have my S9 in already but it hasn't made me much money in the past 4 days.
