It's because there's 40,000+ transactions waiting for a confirmation. Maybe their system assume the inputs are high or depends on the amount of unconfirmed transactions in the network. Later on it should go down but if you're in a hurry there's always the exchange solution, withdraw them in alts to save a couple of dollars in fees and convert it back to bitcoin on a different exchange where fees are cheaper.
It usually happens when bitcoin has spikes, people tend to try sending their bitcoins to exchanges to simply take profits, or moving them around to take profits and buy altcoins to maximize their profits with the market runs.
However, it will be stable again next week, at least one more week it might become more stable.
Personally, with such highly transactions waited for confirmations, I tend to switch to move my money around with other coins, Litecoin, Dogecoin, for example.

It seems like the BTC gamblers have been having a good week,,, judging from the performance of my investment;) I am still in overall profit anyway and I did make a maximum leverage of x10 so I guess it looks more than it really has been!

Good to see people are still wagering as much as possible. Happy April Fools everybody and do not submit KYC Wink

How long have you been investing in the site? Generally investing in the bankroll is never a get rich type of deal, you need to leave your funds there for a long time and you will always come out ahead.

Basically you can't really lose because the casino always wins in the long run however there are weeks/months where the profits can be against you for a little while, you just need to wait it out. Since BTC is still very low there isn't much you can do with it. Even lending it out for margin on sites like Bitfinex doesn't result in much profit.

I am a very new user to be honest. I have tried investing on only 3 sites. The first one I withdrew early because it was losing badly 2 years ago and after I lost money the whole bankroll just got closed down. Then I left all casino bankrolls until February this year. I kept some in Bitvest and some here on YoloDice. Basically, it is just my Bitcoin earnings. No matter how small I try to save them. The only problem for me is I keep divesting to gamble hehe.

You CAN lose, do not be fooled. Even if the edge is in your favor. Bad luck happens:)

Well, this is some featured we cannot make unto our favor. From my perspective here is don't be greedy if you win a reasonable amount just cooldown or withdraw your winning first to prevent busting.

Kind of wondered with those who decided to invest into sites bankrolls if they actually make any profit doing it.
And from the first site it sounded like a mistake to do it because they ended up closing down their entire bankroll. The only problem with the last two out of the three was you used the profits you received on the sites to gamble. Which kind of defeats the purpose of doing it in the first place. I think the sites rely on users who invest to imagine they will make what they receive more but end up just giving it back to the site.

I was so late to read the announcement of the number hunt competition which is my favorite competition at YoloDice. There are 5 users already who hit 0 when I came to the site yesterday but with the progressive prizepool gives a good chance to earn something great from the competition. Currently the prizes are more than 4x of the initial guaranteed prize. I'll keep trying at least being top 10 will be good enough if the prizepool keeps on growing Smiley

To speak of investments, I have just gained 7% this week on maximum ratio (10).

The last competition we had, prizes were way way more than what was initially guaranteed,,, and it seems the same has happened for this numbers hunt! I am definitely considering to participate, maybe might go for exchanging some BTC from the investment profit into ETH now just to get this thing going,,, but let us see. Already have to beat 12 and that is a challenge!

So you have invested just bitcoin into the site or any other coins on there? It would be interesting to hear from a current investor who hasnt pulled out their initial investment yet.
How much would you consider a substantial amount to put as an investment into the site to see such a profit?
Because usually when competitions are concerned when they are run it seems the investors would get more when these are set in motion because of the higher amount of bets placed.

Thats a big amount to win for a progressive jackpot so I wonder how many rolls it took to get a successful one with the 7s at the end.
Having shown 100% of the pot when you usually see winners of it getting 30,50,75% of it most of the time leaving the remaining amount left to be won.
Just visited the site last night and saw it already upto 1 eth so it must of been won a while ago before this one.

Using 0.15 ETH for a jackpot, then win with more than 12.3 ETH in total. It's a huge jackpot win, I agreed with you. Jackpot is one of the hardest games to win, so that guy was very lucky. Next, I wonder that guy will keep buying another jackpot tickets with part of win money from 12.3 ETH. When win comes, gamblers tend to feel hard to stop gambling.  Roll Eyes

The probability of winning the jackpot is 1 in 100,000 or less if you're lucky. Last week while I was trying to hit a low number for their number competition I was lucky enough to hit the jackpot after a few thousand bets in. I only used a small bet amount though, my priority was the competition but winning 1%(0.12eth during the time) of the jackpot is still not bad tbh.

Sometimes the deposits or withdrawal takes a lot of time only because the bitcoin transactions are confirmed very late. Maybe this issue will be resolved with the introduction of bitcoin lightening network.

I'm quite sure his main purpose is not hunting the jackpot, he was betting normally to earn some eth. The jackpot was just a surprise bonus IMO. Betting for hunting jackpot only is not really recommended especially if the jackpot amount is not +EV for players.
