Let me understand your post first, do you mean that the mods keep 0.28btc from surejade instead of spend it for rains and he bans you because you ask about it? In my opinion, probably the mod/admin was not giving the rains in one time rain only so they would split it into some rains so more users get the rains. But regarding the ban, I would say it is not fair if you get banned just because you ask about it unless your question considered as begging. I would like to know the real condition from the mod/admin who get the tip from surejade. Hope he will come here and clarify it.

This wasn't me, but the amount was 0.03 not 0.3, and Ultra was likely spreading it out. Chat mutes are usually handed out for begging so we're probably not hearing the full story from this guy if he feels the need to change the numbers.

Admins are not the same as Moderators.  Ethan and Scott are the only Admins, everyone else is a Mod or regular user.  I wasn't there to see the tip or how much it was, but Ultra has been doing rains pretty much every few minutes for the last 48 hours, so he definitely tipped it out.

If you were asking for rain, or spamming, that's probably why you got muted.

Did you do something against the rules? Something like begging asking for tips or rain on chat? That's the most possible reason why users are being banned. Otherwise any sites will not ban the users without valid reasons, lets see what the mods say about your case. If it was a mistake then you might be unbanned asap.

He has explained in the above very clearly , you have been warned so many times about spamming​, which is against the chat rules. You shouldn't do that.you can be active in chat by talking constructively , I would suggest you to write a mail to Admin and request him that you don't repeat this again. hope they would remove your ban.

I am still watching the situation. If nothing changes, things might get much more dirty than with BCH since 2x was not designed to create a separate coin, but to "improve the Bitcoin itself". I can see companies getting out of NYA so it's hard to say now what will happen.

There is no (and probably will not be) a mechanism for replay protection. This would make separating the coins much more difficult.

You know, Segwit2x is not really about the size of a block. It's about control over Bitcoin. And unless all parties (Core and NYA supporters) find a common ground, things can go ugly - much uglier than with the BCH hard fork.

Anyway, I am watching the situation. I'll keep you informed!

Probably you have done something against the rules since there is no way you can be banned just for the fun of it. There are some certain set rules for every participants and if you go against them, you will experience what you just experienced. Just be careful next time and try to stick to the rules.
