Yes more competitions and if possible bring back the number hunt competition even though the prizes doesn't increase its a fun competition to join.

Once every 2 weeks seems a good idea or have a small weekly competition and one large one like this every month or so. If you make it monthly that seems it might lose people since they have to wait so long each time, unless there are smaller bonuses throughout.
If it's a monthly competition it can be competitive since the prize increases over time but when the target to qualify in the top 20 goes too high people could lose interest.

Low number hunt is excellent way to bring players in and its more exciting. Smiley

Contests always raise statistics and attract people to the site, I also like the idea to do such actions more often!

Hi, yes, you just use a multiplier on the amount instead.  For example, in the on-site autobetter, let's say you want to increase bet amount by 25% on loss, you would click Enable Actions, then Add Action under On Loss, then Amount then Multiply by and enter 1.25.  (Other examples would be: 66% increase on Loss would be a 1.66 multiplier for Amount, and a 250% increase on loss would be a 3.50 multiplier)

We use multipliers instead of percent increases, but they do the same thing mathematically when converted. Smiley
Please tell me which multiplier you usually use for your bet, Kiritsugu?
I need your tips on which mulitiplier that can have most advantage in aspect of minimize risk of losses and maximize odds of wins.

What is the point of having this strategy anyway, any strategy will never work the same as you are right now cause it is really complicated and it is depends on your luck as well. It does not mean that you are using the same as kiritsugu you will have the same profit as he did. Anyway like panjul said it is not the best way to give it here. You could PM him for something like this or check on strategy thread as well

Both yes and no. A good strategy optimizes your wagered amount, minimizing your expected (statistically) loss. Some strategies have not much sense and you could place a single bet with a better result - e.g. if you have 0.01 BTC and want to win 0.1 BTC, you'd be better placing a single bet with multiplier x10 than going the classical Martingale.

On the other hand, if you have 1 BTC and want to win 0.1 BTC, then placing a single bet with x1.1 multiplier might NOT be the best way to do this, because you instantly wager 1 BTC, and with this your expected loss (due to house edge) is 0.01 BTC. If you find a way to place a few smaller bets instead, you might end up wagering much less and your risk of losing the whole 1 BTC would be smaller.

So, for me the point of playing any particular strategy is to optimize the wagered amount when achieving you goal.

Cheers,
Ethan

It is truly a huge win from dice on YoloDice.
It's nearly the max profit too, the investor's profit might dip again because of that win.

What is the point of having this strategy anyway, any strategy will never work the same as you are right now cause it is really complicated and it is depends on your luck as well. It does not mean that you are using the same as kiritsugu you will have the same profit as he did.
I agree we'll not end up with the same profit but using a different strategy could work (though not all the time) as i've copied strategies from others before.

What a win with Dogecoin!
Coming from $0.33 and won to above $2100.
It is truly a huge win from dice on YoloDice.
Recent days, I saw peopled used huge amount of Dogecoin to wagger, dice, gamble on so many sites.
It is a strongly demonstration on the power of Dogecoin in crypto. People, investors, gamblers have never  lost their faith on the coin.

That is really, really amazing,,, I have seen so many times people tipping much more than that in Dogecoin. Imagine just betting tips like that, or even if every day you put aside a small amount of doge like that or even in btc,,, and then striking it big. That is more than 0.5 BTC winnings and if you held it, it could just go higher and higher.

Dogecoin,,, long live!

How long have you been investing in the site? Generally investing in the bankroll is never a get rich type of deal, you need to leave your funds there for a long time and you will always come out ahead.

Basically you can't really lose because the casino always wins in the long run however there are weeks/months where the profits can be against you for a little while, you just need to wait it out. Since BTC is still very low there isn't much you can do with it. Even lending it out for margin on sites like Bitfinex doesn't result in much profit.

Wow, finally BTC and other crypto went up a bit. BTC was above $5,000 for a short moment, it's at $4,600 now. I can only hope there is enough potential to support the recovery!

And just small heads-up: we'll be running a ETH competition later this week. Not sure what kind of competition it would be though. Just get ready!

Cheers,
Ethan

Investing into a bankroll usually is a stable business not a short term gain type of deal. In the end the house has an edge and you get money from it, yes there are times when gamblers win a lot of money and your investment drops or there are times when gamblers lose a lot and you gain some but in the end it is the house edge that you get in the long enough time.

If you invest anything over 6+ months than you will probably get the house edge according to the wagered amount, so what you root for is not the gamblers winning or losing but gamblers actually betting, the more wager there is the better for the investor since they will always have the house edge on their side. That is why investment may not be a short term get rich quick thing but its as sure as it gets unless the casino gets hacked.

I will say that I've done much better than the 1% house edge that the site has built in.

Why does YOLOdice have such high withdrawl fees for Bitcoin? Even for batched transactions they seem unreasonably high compared to other casinos.

It's because there's 40,000+ transactions waiting for a confirmation. Maybe their system assume the inputs are high or depends on the amount of unconfirmed transactions in the network. Later on it should go down but if you're in a hurry there's always the exchange solution, withdraw them in alts to save a couple of dollars in fees and convert it back to bitcoin on a different exchange where fees are cheaper.

It usually happens when bitcoin has spikes, people tend to try sending their bitcoins to exchanges to simply take profits, or moving them around to take profits and buy altcoins to maximize their profits with the market runs.
However, it will be stable again next week, at least one more week it might become more stable.
Personally, with such highly transactions waited for confirmations, I tend to switch to move my money around with other coins, Litecoin, Dogecoin, for example.

I am a very new user to be honest. I have tried investing on only 3 sites. The first one I withdrew early because it was losing badly 2 years ago and after I lost money the whole bankroll just got closed down. Then I left all casino bankrolls until February this year. I kept some in Bitvest and some here on YoloDice. Basically, it is just my Bitcoin earnings. No matter how small I try to save them. The only problem for me is I keep divesting to gamble hehe.

You CAN lose, do not be fooled. Even if the edge is in your favor. Bad luck happens:)

It seems like the BTC gamblers have been having a good week,,, judging from the performance of my investment;) I am still in overall profit anyway and I did make a maximum leverage of x10 so I guess it looks more than it really has been!

Good to see people are still wagering as much as possible. Happy April Fools everybody and do not submit KYC Wink

Well, this is some featured we cannot make unto our favor. From my perspective here is don't be greedy if you win a reasonable amount just cooldown or withdraw your winning first to prevent busting.

Kind of wondered with those who decided to invest into sites bankrolls if they actually make any profit doing it.
And from the first site it sounded like a mistake to do it because they ended up closing down their entire bankroll. The only problem with the last two out of the three was you used the profits you received on the sites to gamble. Which kind of defeats the purpose of doing it in the first place. I think the sites rely on users who invest to imagine they will make what they receive more but end up just giving it back to the site.
